10,000 acres of forest land makes Langdale Quest the largest 4x4 driving site in the UK!
There are 5 routes available covering a total of 80+ miles of forest terrain, including lots of mud, ruts, water pools and steep hills.
The standard routes are well maintained so all types of 4x4 vehicles, including the ones which normally get polished on Sunday morning can be used!
The activity is family friendly, Treasure Hunts are provided along all the routes, kids also enjoy using the 2-way radios when 'checking in' with the instructors and helping with the navigating!
If you are using more than one vehicle then the radios are also great fun to keep in contact with your friends...
Upon arrival we 'log' you in & run through a safety briefing covering the site safety code, vehicle controls, navigation, Treasure Hunt, 2 way radio operation & basic off-road driving skills required to negotiate your 4x4 through the forest.
Mobile instructors monitor your progress & provide you with all the help you need to ensure a high level of safety whilst on site.
Our Langdale Quest facility provides an outstanding recreational activity for the whole family, with the emphasis on 'FUN' and at the same time achieving a safety record which is second to none!
