WEATHER UPDATE - Water pools are still deep after last weeks rain, sleet & hail! Trails are wet & muddy - just right for a blast round in a 4x4! Go on - get that truck fired up head down with the kids for a REAL adventure...
We do still have a number of fleet vehicles for hire this weekend, due to a number of new Patrols & a Terrano been added to our 4x4 fleet, so if your planning to come down then give us a call & we will save you a vehicle.

Moorland Adventure Sport's Quad & Trail bike service is back...
We are very pleased to announce that after a very encouraging meeting with the Forestry Commission we are now is a position to re-instate the services offered to our customers who wish to use their own Quads & Trails bikes & at only £20 per bike for a day pass its great value too...
A number of issues were raised at the meeting which have lead to a small change in operational proceedure:
1. All bookings for this activity MUST be made in advance, either via the web site or over the telephone 01723 882335 (same day is usually OK) - we are not able to accept payment face to face for this activity, sorry.
2. Once a booking has been made you will be issued with a Booking form & start point location map, clearly showing the start point for your activity - Forestry Commission have asked that you DO NOT arrive at the Langdale Quest base please as this car park is ONLY for use by customers of our Langdale Quest 4x4 driving activity.
3. We now offer GPS units to riders, greatly assisting with navigation of the complex forest area & helping to keep you on the permitted trails - there are no way markers as the National Parks won't allow this??? Please ensure that one bike in the group has a 12v (negative earth) cigarette lighter socket mounted on the handlebars & fed from the bikes battery - this will ensure the GPS unit works all day!
So, all options are now available, wether your a solo rider or group, we can offer you both guided & self-navigate off-road riding days once again, enjoy...
